Singing the land.

What would our world look like if our culture was truly earth-based?

What if we raised our voices in harmony for that which sustains life?

What are the songs and stories that this land sings?

“Singing the land” can happen tailored to your land, community, wishes & times. Either exclusively for your (more-than-human) community or as a public workshop.

If you feel inspired to host “Singing the land” at your property or community place, please get in touch and let`s plant seeds of connection together.

I`m so passionate about weaving together deep nature-connection and voice & song because I feel deep down we all yearn for this nature-culture – a way of being together, a way of community that is deeply rooted in and connected with the natural world around us.

I was lucky to witness many times the scope of healing, connection and joy to be alive that happens when people raise their voices together in harmony with Mother Earth. How each individual blossoms to their unique gifts, their unique voice, how a new dimension of community is evolving and how the land drinks the sweet nectar of humans finally listening. The power of voice is also to resolve conflict and bring greater harmony on all levels.

I like to walk the land with the group, stopping at different places and exploring the sound there. Connecting with the non-human world and being immersed in a natural setting, we can easily access the wild voice that lives in each of us. We can liberate all the domesticated parts of ourselves while we become more aware of the sounds in and around us using tools and harmonies from

  • deep nature-connection

  • collaborative vocal improvisation

  • circle singing - creating rich harmonies on the spot

  • voice embodiment

  • connection culture

  • intentional singing - song as prayer and ritual

  • voice liberation & empowerment

  • beautiful polyphonic songs & yodels without any cultural appropriation

My heart explodes every time I see a human singing in connection with a tree, a flower, a water body.
